How The Circular Process Continues
Your Material
We collect our customers' stock lots/leftovers and ship this raw material to Turkey or the United Arab Emirates, where we turn these used garments into new recycled yarn and/or new textiles for our customers.
External Material
The textiles are collected in the existing used clothing containers in Germany. Subsequently, these textiles are recycled and forwarded to a processing plant in Germany where they are shredded.
We take the material in consultation with the customer and send it to Turkey and there it goes to a spinning mill. In the next step it is processed into clothing and then the finished textile is sent from Turkey to the customer in Germany.
How The Circular Process Starts

01. Collection & Transportation
Textiles are collected either from our customers direct or from our partners from used clothing containers and then transported to our hubs.

02. Quality Control & Separation
We inspect the materials for their quality and color so that we can ensure an efficient recycling process. Non-recyclable material will be disposed.

03. Converting
We convert the garments into fabric waste. Afterwards we classify the materials by color and components.

04. Transformation
In the last step the yarn will be retransformed into fabric. The process is completed by washing the fabrics.

05. Fabric Production
In the last step the yarn will be retransformed into fabric. The process is completed by washing the fabrics.
This process not only allows the reduction of waste but also creates new materials for new collections. Therefore Wertezeit offers two options for the usage of recycled textiles.
